NorthStar Elite Hockey Announces Partnership with the NJ 87s
Middletown, NJ – NorthStar Elite Hockey, under the direction of General Manager, Head Coach, and Director of Scouting Justin Friedman is pleased to announce a new partnership with the New Jersey 87s Hockey Club, indicating an exciting direction for NorthStar Elite Hockey.  NorthStar Elite Hockey represents one of the 28 programs noted as a part of the U15 World Selects Invitational in the Philadelphia area.
The 2017 World Selects Invitational was the first year of entry with the NorthStar Elite program.  The program had an awesome opportunity to be involved this past year and the team had a great experience, and played five, extremely close and competitive games, highlighted by a high level of exposure for each of NorthStar Elite’s players.
Said Friedman, “This partnership is an outstanding opportunity for NorthStar Elite as it allows us to broaden our base in terms of the player pool that we have, and adding Matt Kiernan and Adam Houli to the operation will give us even more connections than our program already has, and really opens the door up for some great opportunities down the road.  The opportunity to participate in the World Selects Invitational is an honor, and we were proud to be a part of this past May’s event and we look forward to returning with a strong core of 2003 birth year players.”
Said NJ 87s Owner Matt Kiernan, “Everyone is aware of the level of competition in the World Selects Invitational, and Justin put forth a quality entry into the event this year.  We anticipate taking some lessons learned from the 2017 event and applying them for the future.  We are excited to take this next step with NorthStar Elite Hockey and have already begun our planning stage for the 2003 group with Justin.  This program will be an exclusive program, and it will be an honor for anyone to be a part of the NorthStar Elite Progam.”
